LEASE AGREEMENT (DRAFT / ЗАГЛУШКА)

This Lease Agreement is made between ALZA Real Estate (hereinafter referred to as the "Landlord") and the Guest (hereinafter referred to as the "Tenant").

1. Subject of the Agreement: The Landlord hereby leases to the Tenant the Apartment listed above for the stay period defined in the booking details.

2. Security Deposit: The Tenant agrees to pay a security deposit. The deposit will be returned within 24 hours after check-out, minus any utility consumption fees and damages.

3. Rules of Occupancy: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the apartment is returned in an unacceptable state.
